I created The Healing Crest® Counseling Services in Hollywood, Florida to do more than just help people survive heartbreak, anxiety, and trauma—I wanted to guide them toward a life where they can truly thrive. My journey began when I recognized how often childhood and relationship wounds can dim our light. Over the years, I’ve specialized in empowering women (and men, too) to take control of their emotional well-being, break free from limiting patterns, and discover a deeper sense of self-worth.
